In the unlikely event that your clients feel dissatisfaction with any type of service provided by SAT Mexico DMC, we ask you and the traveling party to bring this to our attention at the time so that the matter may be resolved right away. Until we know about a problem or complaint, we cannot begin to address it. If the issue cannot be decided on the spot, we advise you to send an email to one of our sales executives or bookings@satmexico.com, mentioning your clients’ name, reservation number, name of the product, and a description of the complaint. You must write to us not later than 15 days after having used our services. Any complaint will be dealt carefully and fairly by our staff. Once your complaint has been thoroughly investigated by this procedure, we will inform you of the outcome.
