We are aware of the fact that when you land at the airport, all you want to do is get to your hotel or destination as soon as possible and that is why we offer you our excellent and comfortable transportation service in Cancun. Upon arrival, our SAT México coordination team will be waiting for the passengers outside of the customs area. The staff will be holding customized signs and will be easily recognized thanks to their uniforms. Once the team and the passengers identify each other, the latter will be accompanied safely to the assigned vehicle.
Arrival Transfers
Procedure upon arrival:
• SAT México will provide vehicles, drivers, and a coordination team that will pick up the passengers at the airport.
• Once a flight has arrived, uniformed SAT México staff will be waiting to hold a sign with the respective names or the logo (according to the wish of the client) to facilitate the meeting.
• Each passenger’s name will be checked with our list. Any “no shows” or additions will be listed.

1. Meet and greet by licensed SAT México staff in uniform to facilitate being recognized as such.
2. Best conditions: all-inclusive- waiting time with no extra cost
3. Door to door service: Transfer to the destination via the assigned vehicle that was agreed on before.

Departure Transfers
The departure will be handled with the same organization and punctuality as upon arrival. Our people of the coordination team will pick up the passengers at the agreed place and bring them safely and on time to the airport.

• Door to door service: Transfer from agreed pick up point to the airport via private vehicles assigned to the passenger.

Taxi: This mid-size car is the most comfortable choice, with more legroom and space for three passengers (each can carry one suitcase).
Standard: This compact car is an excellent option for airport shuttle as well as for a long-distance road trip for up to two travelers (max. 2 suitcases).
Luxury: A luxury SUV designed for all types of travel, for up to 6 passengers. With its comfortable seats and plenty of legroom, this extra-large car takes luxury travel to a whole new level.
Bus: The best option for transportation if traveling with medium to big -sized groups. Our coaches offer a maximum of possibilities. Combining comfort and generous dimensions, our coaches have space for up to 44 passengers.

ARRIVING at CANCUN
Welcome to Cancun International Airport (IATA Code: CUN, ICAO code: MMUN), located 16 kilometers from downtown Cancun, on the Yucatan Peninsula.
It is considered the second busiest airport in Mexico after the one in Mexico City. Furthermore, it is one of the most important airports in Latin America due to the number of daily national and international flights. It has four arrival terminals: the domestic, the T2 and T3 for international flights and the FBO that is a separate building, serving private planes.
Upon arrival, passing immigration could take a while, depending on the hour and the day of arrival. Flying in with an international flight, the passenger may have to answer a few questions about the reasons for visiting Mexico. Afterward, passengers have to pass Customs, which is generally a quick process, depending, of course, on the items you have to declare. Procedures can slightly differ according to the terminal. The essential US Airlines arrive at Terminal 3. After passing Customs successfully, passengers will continue walking straight to get to the official area offering many options for transportation. Our staff will be waiting there holding up a sign with either the logo of the company in case of groups or the name in case of individual passengers and will accompany them to the respective vehicle.
IMMIGRATION
Passengers must fill out a so-called “Multiple Immigration Form, which provided on the plane before landing. It is a document issued by the National Institute of Migration, with which the foreigner accredits the condition of a migratory stay of a visitor status which is valid for up to 180 days. Do not forget to request your FMM from the airline. Fill out the required data correctly to facilitate your entry to Mexico and avoid problems.
Important note: During the entire stay, this form must be taken good care of as it has to be returned upon leaving the country. For passengers from the US, the case is slightly different. They must present a valid passport but will be given one customs form per family to be filled out.
CUSTOMS
In case you are carrying merchandise whose value exceeds your tax exemption, you must declare it in the self-declaration area before passing the fiscal traffic light. You must fill out the "Customs Declaration for Foreign Passengers" and give it to the Customs staff. Afterward, you can press the traffic light.
DEPARTURE PROCEDURES
It is recommended to arrive at the airport minimum two and a half hours in advance in the case of national flights. If you are traveling outside the country, it is suggested to arrive even earlier. When checking in for your trip, the airline executive will take the copy of the immigration form that you were given upon arrival.
