Payments and Down payments

To book with us any of our products we require a 20% down payment of the total of your trip. And the 100% must be paid 14 days before your trip. Please note we do not accept payments in CASH.

  • 10% of the total if cancelation before 15 days prior arrival 
  • 25% of the total if cancelation before 10 days prior arrival
  • 50% of the total if cancelation before 03 days prior arrival
  • 100% of the total in case of NO SHOW

Luggage

Is the responsibility of the passenger to be informed of the terms and conditions of the Airlines. In the case of Land Services, we kindly ask you to travel with only what you need and we accept 1 (Piece) hand Luggage and 1 (Piece) 25 Kg Luggage in our transportation means. In case you need more space or carry more items please contact us.
