It is very important that you carefully select the destination, date, and name and number of passengers and that you revise travel details in the booking confirmation. For most travel services there is no need to reissue vouchers when minor errors appear in the booking. You can send our sales team an email, and we will make a note on the booking. Vouchers will not be reissued for these changes. If there is a change in lead traveler, dates, number of participants, or type of service, you will need to contact us with, mentioning booking details (including a reservation number), to see if your request can be fulfilled. Please note that not all bookings can be changed after confirmation, and some products might carry cancellation penalties. If it concerns a flight reservation, for security reasons, it's important that the personal data on the reservation match with the info on the government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport) of the passengers.
