The rate offered during the booking is determined by the type of room you reserved and by the number of people on the reservation. If more people attempt to check in than originally booked and paid for, the hotel may either not be able to accommodate the additional guests (due to room size and availability) or may charge for an extra bed. If the hotel is already fully booked, other guests may need to find another hotel. If you would like to modify a reservation by adding more people and more rooms, please call us at (+52) (55) 3689 7600, from Mondays to Fridays from 07:00 am till 08:00 pm and on Saturdays from 09:00am till 02:00 pm (Central Standard Time Mexico), or send an email to bookings@satmexico.com. We will work with the hotel to fulfill your request. Please note that additional rooms and room types are subject to availability, and may not be at the same rate as your original booking.
