If clients miss their reservation, they will usually be charged for the night(s) they missed or a penalty fee (this could be the cost of one night for missing your reservation), depending on the cancellation policy of the hotel. If they fail to notify the hotel about a late arrival, the reservation may be canceled. In case they will arrive late or miss their ticket, we strongly advise to contact the hotel directly. Alternatively, they can also call us at (+52) (55) 3689 7600 ext. 129, from Mondays to Fridays from 07:00 am till 08:00 pm and on Saturdays from 09:00am till 02:00 pm (Central Standard Time Mexico).
